Compact, lightweight jigsaw with keyless blade change
At only 1,3 kg the SKIL 4190 is a very compact and lightweight jigsaw for making straight and curved cuts in various materials, such as wood, metal, aluminium and plastic. The powerful 400W motor is ideal for the most common DIY sawing jobs. This jigsaw has a maximum sawing capacity of 65 mm in wood, which handles most planks, beams etc. The ‘Twistlock’ system makes it easy to change saw blades with no need to use any tools. A cleaner working environment is ensured, thanks to the integrated vacuum cleaner connection. This jigsaw is supplied with three saw blades for wood.

Great versatility for straight and curved cuts
This jigsaw is very versatile: it’s ideal for making both straight and curved cuts. It can be used for laminate flooring, boards, beams, pipes etc. The adjustable footplate allows bevel cuts at up to 45° left or right. There’s no key required; you can simply adjust the angle by loosening and tightening the wing screws underneath the footplate.

Keyless blade change and strong blade clamping
This jigsaw is compatible with all standard, widely available types of T-shank jigsaw blades. The 'Twistlock' system allows you to change saw blades easily and conveniently, without the need for any special tools or keys. All you need to do is loosen the red ‘Twistlock’ wing screw to release the blade. You can then simply slide a new blade into place and tighten the wing screw again.

Handy features for extra working comfort
The SKIL 4190 jigsaw has a convenient large switch with lock-on button, so you don’t have to hold the trigger during continuous use. The handy dust blower gives a clear view of your workpiece by blowing away dust near the cutting line. For a cleaner working environment, the integrated vacuum cleaner connection fits most standard-size vacuum cleaners. The SKIL 4190 is supplied with three saw blades for wood: one for fine cuts in soft wood, one for medium cuts in hard wood and one for curved cuts.
